Product description
The CLIP connection plate (single) is a galvanized joining bracket used to couple two adjacent CLIP upright frames rigidly together - for example when adding a further bay to an existing starter bay, or when connecting rows of shelving into one stable unit. Its two pressed-in shear pins engage the upright's perforation with a positive fit and absorb transverse forces, so the joint does not rely on the bolt alone.
This component weighs 0.06 kg, galvanized finish.

Positive-fit locking. The pressed-in shear pins seat in the upright perforation and transfer shear loads straight into the profile, a secure hold that relieves the bolted connection.
Couple bays instead of standing them apart. Joins starter and add-on bays, or several rows of shelving, into one continuous, torsionally stiff assembly.
Low-tool assembly. A simple, single-direction connection variant: you position it, seat the pins and bolt it, in keeping with the low-tool CLIP system logic.
Galvanized and corrosion-protected. The galvanized surface permanently protects the tab and visually matches the other CLIP system components.
The 'single' version connects in one connection direction; the two factory-pressed shear pins sit firmly in the sheet metal and do not need to be inserted separately. As an original META system part, the connecting plate is dimensionally matched exactly to the CLIP upright frames.
