Shipping & payment terms

Shipping & delivery

  • Free shipping from €1,200 net order value.
  • Minimum order value €100. Below this, a small-order surcharge of €25 applies (it is included in the shipping costs).
  • Delivery within Germany only (islands excluded) to the delivery address specified by the customer, free to kerbside. The access road must be suitable for a large lorry (24 t). Unloading and moving the goods on site are carried out by the customer.
  • Our racking is delivered by freight forwarder as quickly as possible. The delivery window is narrowed down in advance and announced by phone shortly beforehand; individual arrangements with the freight forwarder are possible.

Short-notice changes possible: Mistake in your order, a different delivery address or extra accessories needed? Email us as soon as possible – short-notice changes are often possible.

We offer a range of convenient and secure payment options:

Klarna – flexible payment

  • Invoice: Receive the goods first, 30 days to pay.
  • Instalment purchase: pay in flexible monthly instalments (term/amount selectable).
  • Instant bank transfer: direct bank transfer via online banking.
  • Direct debit: direct debit from your bank account.

PayPal – fast & secure

  • pay with your PayPal balance or a linked bank account/credit card, with buyer protection.
  • Instalment payment is also available with participating merchants.

Billie purchase on account (for business customers / B2B)

  • Receive the goods first, pay later – payment terms of up to 30 days.
  • Fast real-time credit check, flexible financing for businesses.

Prepayment with 2 % early-payment discount

  • Bank transfer in advance to our account; immediate dispatch once payment is received.
  • 2 % early-payment discount off the order value. Please state the order number in the payment reference (processing takes 1–3 working days depending on bank transfer times).

Invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit require a positive credit check; for this we forward the necessary data to Klarna.
