Product description
The Büro Steck COMPACT is META's tool-free plug-in archive shelving, supplied here complete with shelf boards: the shelves hook in at folder height and hold ring binders, suspension files and office supplies row by row. Depending on the unit height you receive 5, 6 or 7 shelves, supplied without a top cover, so the unit stays open at the top.
This starter bay version measures 1,850 × 750 × 300 mm with 5 shelves rated at 80 kg each, RAL 7035 light grey finish.

Matched to folder height. The shelves hook into a binder-height pitch so upright folders and document boxes stack without wasted height, for tidy filing with no dead space.
Single- or double-sided. In the shallow depth you load the unit from the front; in the deep version from both sides, ideal for central aisles and double-row archive runs accessible from either side.
Tool-free plug-together. Frame and shelves plug together without screws and are assembled or reconfigured in seconds; shelf heights can be readjusted to new stored goods at any time.
Starter and add-on bays. As a starter rack the unit stands on its own; each add-on rack shares the neighbouring upright and extends the archive line in a material-saving way.
Supplied as the complete plug-in unit of frame and shelf boards (5, 6 or 7 depending on height) in RAL 7035 light grey, supplied without a top cover. The single-sided version is one folder deep, while the double-sided version holds two rows of folders back to back.
