Product description
The Tromme cable-drum rack is a cantilever-based storage rack designed specifically for cable and hose drums: the drums rest on paired drum receivers with a cable-drum support and can be unwound while turning freely in the rack. Instead of dragging cable off drums lying on the floor, you draw the required length cleanly and under control straight from the rack.
This version measures 2,200 × 1,300 × 1,100 mm at a bay load up to 4,000 kg.

Unwind in the rack. Each drum rests on two opposing drum cradles and remains freely rotatable. Cable, wire or hose can be unwound directly from the compartment without removing the drum.
Cantilever design for bulky drums. The open cantilever structure also accommodates large-volume drums and can be freely loaded from the front with a forklift or crane, without obstructing front braces.
Support Type 1, without axles. Supplied with cable-drum support Type 1 and without through-axles: the drums rest directly on the support, which speeds up load-in and load-out and removes the axle-handling effort.
Starter and add-on bays. Can be set up individually as a starter rack or extended row by row as an add-on rack, so that drum storage positions are continued economically along the length.
The rack comes with two drum receivers per bay and cable-drum support Type 1, delivered without axles; uprights and cantilever arms are finished in gentian blue. Available as a starter or add-on unit in several heights and bay widths.
