Product description
The Bereitstellregal mit Rollenbahnen (order-picking supply rack with roller tracks) is a ready-to-use picking rack built on the META CLIP boltless system: across four shelf levels run inclined roller tracks on which containers glide forward to the picking front under their own weight. The next item is always waiting at the front, so staff never have to reach to the back or restack.
This version measures 2,200 × 1,300 × 1,300 mm at 200 kg per shelf, galvanized finish.

Stock rolls to the pick face. The inclined roller tracks move containers forward automatically by the gravity principle – refill at the back, remove at the front (FIFO).
Four picking levels. Four shelf levels stacked on top of each other with roller tracks offer many picking positions on a small footprint and short reach distances.
Extendable as starter and add-on bay. Usable on its own as a starter bay or continued row by row as an add-on bay, so the supply line grows with your picking demand.
Genuine META CLIP technology. Boltless clip design, galvanized construction of the proven META-CLIP system – assembled with minimal tools and mechanically robust.
The rack is available as a starter rack (GR) or add-on rack (AR) that can be lined up and is designed in a galvanized version. The four levels are equipped with roller tracks on which standard storage and transport containers (KLT) move according to the flow principle.
