Right of Withdrawal / Returns for Business Customers

No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs

Our offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) (B2B). The conclusion of a contract with consumers is excluded (see § 1 para. 2 of our Terms and Conditions).

The statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB (German Civil Code) is available only to consumers. Accordingly, no statutory right of withdrawal exists for orders placed by entrepreneurs. Our General Terms and Conditions apply, as do the statutory warranty provisions (see § 5 of our Terms and Conditions).

Defects / Warranty

In the event of defects, the provisions in § 5 of our Terms and Conditions apply. Please report transport damage directly upon delivery where possible and contact us at service@lagertechnik-direkt.de.

Custom-made items / Configurations

Individually configured shelving systems or systems ordered as custom-made items are excluded from any (potential voluntary) return.
