Product description
The steel panel (Stahlpaneel) is a galvanized steel decking element for the MULTIPAL pallet rack: laid crosswise over the load beams and lined up panel by panel, it forms a closed, load-bearing shelf surface. This converts the bay from pure pallet storage into a shelf that also carries cartons, small parts and non-palletized goods.
This version measures 1,100 × 100 × 25 mm with 1 levels at 100 kg each, galvanized finish.

Closed support surface. Several panels placed side by side close the open gap between the load beams, so goods no longer tip or slip through.
Tool-free installation. Each panel simply rests crosswise on the existing load beams with no screws and seats in place by form fit – easy to retrofit, rearrange and extend at any time.
Galvanized and rigid. The galvanized surface protects against corrosion; the folded profile shape of the sheet steel ensures rigidity and a level support surface.
Modular grid sizing. Thanks to the narrow design, the shelf width and support surface can be precisely adapted to the beam depth by lining up several panels.
The panel is a folded sheet steel profile made of 1.0 mm sheet with an all-round edge for stiffening. It is ordered individually as a support element and combined with further panels into a continuous shelf surface in the MULTIPAL frame.
