Product description
The Kabeltrommelachse (cable-drum axle) is a hot-dip galvanised steel tube (Ø 60.3 mm) that is pushed through the hub bore of a cable drum and rested on the cantilever arms of the rack on both sides. The drum then hangs freely rotating between the arms, allowing cable to be paid off directly from its storage position without lifting the drum down.
This component weighs 5.96 kg, hot-dip galvanized finish.

Free-turning pay-off. The drum rotates on the inserted axle, so that cable, wire or hose can be unwound as needed and in a controlled manner.
Sturdy steel tube. Solid tube Ø 60.3 mm with 5.0 mm wall thickness, hot-dip galvanized against corrosion – designed to hold heavy, fully wound drums.
Simply rested on the cantilever arm. The axle is placed loosely onto the opposing cantilever arms; drum changes are made by simply lifting off and relocating the axle, without tools.
Three lengths. Available in lengths 900, 1100 and 1300 mm, matching different drum widths and cantilever arm spacings. This design without lateral bore D=12 mm.
The tube is laid crosswise over two opposing cantilever arms and carries the drum at its center bore. The variant listed here is designed without lateral perforation D=12 mm (without a mount for a locking pin).
