Product description
The cable drum axle (Kabeltrommelachse) is a continuous steel-tube shaft with centering pieces at both ends, onto which you mount cable or hose reels. The drum turns freely on the axle so cable and lines pay off cleanly and without twisting; the axle itself rests in the cantilever arms of the rack.
This component carries 1,000 kg per arm level and weighs 7.09 kg.

Centering pieces for various drums. The tapered centering pieces at both ends locate different drum bores centrally, so the reel runs true and without wobble.
Free unwinding. The drum rotates freely on the tube – cables, wires or hoses can be cut to length and pulled off directly from the rack.
Robust tube construction. A solid steel tube as the load-bearing axle, designed for heavy, fully wound drums in continuous use.
Lengths to suit drum width. Available in several tube lengths, so that you can match the axle to the width of your cable drums.
The axle consists of a steel tube with two attached centering pieces and is supplied complete. It is placed crosswise into the cantilever arms of the rack and carries one or more cable drums there for unwinding.
