Product description
This fastening set combines M6 x 12 pan-head flange screws (Linsenflanschkopfschrauben) with matching serrated flange lock nuts (Sperrzahnbundmuttern) and is used to bolt add-on parts and accessories to the META shelving. The wide flange beneath the low-profile head spreads the load across the bearing surface, while the serrated face of the flange nut bites into the material and secures the joint against working loose under shock and vibration.
This accessory weighs 0.1 kg, galvanized finish.

Self-locking serrated flange. The serrated flange nut has a toothed bearing face that digs into the material as it is tightened, preventing the bolted joint from vibrating loose; no separate spring washer required.
Flange head spreads the load. The integral flange beneath the flat oval head acts like a built-in washer and protects the component surface from localized pressure loading.
Galvanized and corrosion-protected. All parts are zinc-plated and therefore suited to permanent use in warehouse and workshop environments.
Complete set for 12 joints. Screws and nuts are bundled in the right ratio, so you do not have to buy or gather anything extra for the installation.
The set contains 12 M6 x 12 pan-head flange screws and 12 serrated flange lock nuts, all zinc-plated. Both the screw and the nut carry an integral flange, so the joint needs no separate washers.
