Product description
This set combines 42 galvanised M6 x 12 pan-head flange bolts (Linsenflanschkopfschraube) with 42 matching serrated flange lock nuts (Sperrzahnmutter) into a complete bolted connection. The pan-head flange bolt features an integral flange that spreads the clamping load across a wide face and makes a separate washer unnecessary; the serrated lock nut bites into the bearing surface and secures the joint against loosening.
This accessory weighs 0.34 kg, galvanized finish.

Self-locking serrated nut. The teeth on the flange nut grip the component surface and hold the joint firmly even under vibration and changing loads, with no extra locking element.
Flange head, no separate washer. The integral oval flange distributes the bearing force over a wide area, protects the surface and saves reaching for a loose washer during installation.
Matched set. Bolts and nuts arrive in equal quantity and matching thread size, with no sorting and no reordering of single counterparts.
Galvanised for storage use. The zinc-plated finish provides corrosion protection for lasting use in the warehouse and workshop.
Supplied as a set of 42 bolts plus 42 nuts as a matched fastening package. The pan-head flange bolt has an internal drive for clean engagement; the serrated flange nut replaces the usual combination of standard nut and spring washer.
