Product description
The additional shelf level for the staging rack (Bereitstellregal) is a complete shelf level with built-in roller tracks: on the parallel roller rails, storage bins and containers glide easily forward to the pick face. This upgrades a shelving unit into a staging and order-picking position based on the flow-through principle.
This component weighs 15 kg, galvanized finish.

Advancing instead of reaching. When a container is removed at the front, the next one automatically rolls up. This keeps the removal position always filled and speeds up picking.
Retrofittable extra level. Supplied as a ready-made shelf level, it hooks into an existing rack within the META plug-in system and adds to the existing shelves without modifying the base unit.
Container-suited roller tracks. The parallel roller rails are designed for common open-fronted storage bins and stacking containers and guide the stored goods cleanly in track to the supply side.
The level measures 1300 x 1300 mm and is galvanized. It is supplied as a complete additional shelf level and hooked into the uprights of the META shelving unit.
