Product description
The Schrägbodenregal CLIP 12° S3 KANBAN is a shelving unit whose shelves are inclined 12° towards the operator: gravity moves the stored goods forward to the pick edge, ensuring an orderly KANBAN material supply on the FIFO principle. Built on the tool-free META CLIP plug-in system, shelves and rails hook into the frames without any screws.
This starter bay version measures 2,000 × 1,000 × 500 mm at 200 kg per shelf, galvanized finish.

Self-replenishment via 12° tilt. The inclined shelves guide the material forward to the pick edge by gravity. Removed containers are pushed up from behind without the employee having to reach or rearrange.
FIFO-compliant KANBAN supply. Loading from the rear, removal from the front: the oldest stored goods are removed first. Ideal for the timed provision of small parts and containers at assembly and order-picking stations.
Tool-free CLIP assembly. As part of the META CLIP system, the shelves are hooked in without bolts and fixed with the lift-out lock. Levels can be repositioned in the grid and adapted to the container format.
Available as a starter or add-on bay. Available as a starter rack for the beginning of a row and as an add-on rack for economical extension with shared uprights.
The S3 version is equipped with eight inclined levels and available as a starter or add-on rack; the surface is galvanized. On request, the family is also available as S3 (disassembled).
META CLIP S3 is delivered fully flat-packed and slotted together on site without tools – shelves and longitudinal rails hook into the frames without bolts and are secured with the lift-off lock.
