Product description
The shim plate (Unterlegblech) is a thin, galvanized leveling plate for the IPE columns of the MULTISTRONG H cantilever rack. Placed under the column base, it compensates for uneven floors and aligns the column precisely vertical. The exact cutout is matched to the IPE160 to IPE200 profile series.

Precise height compensation. Levels out minor unevenness in the warehouse floor so every column sits flat and load is introduced evenly.
Profile-exact fit. The recess is matched to the upright base of the IPE160 to IPE200 series and sits form-fittingly beneath the profile.
Galvanized and durable. The galvanized surface protects the plate permanently against corrosion – even on moist floors or outdoors.
Stackable for precise shimming. As a thin plate it can be placed underneath singly or in several layers to finely dose the required compensation.
The plate measures 90 mm at 1 mm material thickness and is placed layer by layer under the upright base when setting up the rack. For larger height differences several plates can be combined on top of each other.
