Product description
The shim plate is a thin, galvanised levelling plate for the IPE columns of the MULTISTRONG H: it is placed under or against the column foot to compensate for uneven floors and align the cantilever column truly vertical. Its contour is matched to the IPE160 to IPE200 profile widths.
This component weighs 0.06 kg, galvanized finish.

Plumb positioning. Compensates for unevenness in the warehouse floor so the column stands true and load is transferred straight into the foot.
Matched to the IPE profile. The notched plate shape is matched to the upright profiles IPE160 to IPE200 and sits flush at the base.
Stackable shimming. As a thin shim plate it can be placed underneath singly or multiple times until the desired height is reached.
Galvanized and durable. The galvanized surface protects the compensation plate permanently against corrosion, even in rough warehouse operation.
During installation the plate is placed precisely against the IPE upright base and stacked several times if required, in order to level the upright to the millimeter. This way the heavy cantilever upright stands securely and plumb before anchoring.
