Product description
The taper (wedge) washer to DIN 434 is a square washer with a sloped, wedge-shaped bearing face for the META MULTISTRONG H heavy-duty cantilever rack. It compensates for the inclined flange faces of structural steel (I- and U-sections) so that bolt head and nut seat flat and the joint is clamped straight and evenly. The 13.5 mm hole suits M12 bolts.
This component weighs 0.01 kg, hot-dip galvanized finish.

Slope compensation on structural steel. The wedge-shaped support compensates for the flange inclination of I- and U-profiles so that the bolt is not subjected to bending.
Flat, secure clamping. The bolt head or nut rests flat – this ensures an even clamping force and a permanently firm connection.
Standard part to DIN 434. Standardized square taper washer – dimensionally accurate, interchangeable and matched to the bolted connections in the MULTISTRONG-H system.
Hot-dip galvanised. The hot-dip galvanized surface permanently protects the connecting element against corrosion, even in outdoor and hall areas.
Square taper washer with an inclined bearing surface and 13.5 mm through-hole (for M12); made to DIN 434 in hot-dip galvanized finish. It is inserted under the head or nut at bolted connections with inclined profile flanges.
