Product description
This cable-drum axle is a hot-dip galvanised steel tube (Ø 42.4 mm) used as a load-bearing shaft in the MULTIPAL pallet rack: you slide the tube through the hub of a cable drum and lay it across the rack bay, so the drum hangs freely rotating and cable or conduit can be paid out straight from the storage location.
This version measures 42 × 1,100 × 42 mm, hot-dip galvanized finish.

Free pay-out. The drum hangs rotating on the axle and can be unwound without lifting it out of the rack.
12 mm bore for securing. The end bore takes a pin or split cotter that locks the tube against axial movement inside the bay.
Galvanised and heavy-duty. The thick-walled, hot-dip galvanised tube carries heavy drums long-term and resists corrosion.
MULTIPAL-matched. Matched to the MULTIPAL bay widths and available in two tube lengths for different bay widths.
The tube is placed crosswise as an axle into a MULTIPAL bay and secured against shifting via the 12 mm bore; available in two lengths for narrower and wider rack bays.
