Product description
The Ständer 85/20 is the fully pre-assembled upright frame of the META MULTIPAL pallet racking – the vertical, load-bearing backbone into which the load beams are hooked. The keyhole perforation (Schlüssellochung) on both post faces receives the beam connector hooks and, together with the safety pin, locks them in place. Two frames plus the beams between them form one bay of racking.
This component weighs 39.89 kg, RAL 5010 gentian blue finish.

Keyhole perforation for secure beam hook-in. The perforation in the profile positively locks the load beams into place; the safety pin prevents accidental lift-out – a key safety feature in pallet racking.
Boltless grid assembly. Beam heights can be hooked in step by step via the perforation grid and repositioned later when pallet heights change – no bolting of the levels required.
Fully welded frame. The upright is supplied as a finished frame of two profile posts with diagonal and horizontal bracing – on site simply set up, align and anchor.
Defined heights. As a load-bearing component, the upright determines the rack height; available in several height variants for different hall and stacking heights.
The frame combines two upright profiles of the 85/20 series with welded-in braces into a torsion-resistant unit; the continuous keyhole perforation allows the load beams to be hooked in on both inner sides. The upright is anchored to the hall floor and, together with the load beams – depending on the row as a starter or add-on bay – forms the complete pallet rack.
