Product description
The offset depth support (abgesetzte Tiefenauflage) is a cross member made from RR 80/50/2 rectangular tube that is placed in the depth direction between the two beams of a pallet rack bay to carry a 38 mm chipboard panel. Its stepped, lowered bearing surface lets the inserted panel finish flush with the top edge of the beams, creating one even, continuous shelf level.

Flush shelf level. The recessed support edge receives the 38 mm chipboard and lets it finish flush with the top edge of the beam – no step, no tripping edge during loading and unloading.
Load-bearing cross support. As a support running in the depth direction, it additionally braces the chipboard support and distributes point loads onto the beams, instead of letting them act on the board center alone.
Plug-in, no bolting. The support is fitted precisely between the beams and can be retrofitted or relocated tool-free when compartment heights or loading are changed.
Genuine META MULTIPAL. As a system component, dimensionally matched to the META MULTIPAL beams and the associated chipboards; RR 80/50/2 tube profile in RAL 2001 red orange.
The support is designed as a rectangular tube RR 80/50/2 and available in two depth variants (800 mm and 1100 mm), matching the respective rack depth. Its recessed shape is specially matched to 38 mm chipboards so that these rest recessed and flush.
