Product description
The cable drum axle (Kabeltrommelachse) is a slot-in support and unwinding spindle that passes through the hub bore of a cable drum and holds it so it can rotate within the rack. This lets you pull cable, wire or hose straight off the mounted reel without lifting the drum out. Centering cones and plastic rollers are included in the complete set.
This component carries 537 kg per arm level and weighs 7.61 kg.

Centering pieces for different bores. The centering cones on both ends seat the drum in the middle of the axle and compensate for different hub or bore diameters, so the reel sits cleanly and runs true.
Smooth unrolling via plastic rollers. The integrated plastic rollers let the axle rotate freely, so that the wound material can be pulled off with little effort and without jamming.
Three lengths for different drum widths. Available in lengths 900, 1100 and 1300 mm, matching the width of the cable drums used and the support situation in the cantilever or MULTIPAL rack.
The axle with nominal diameter 42.4/4.0 is supplied as a complete set including centering pieces and plastic rollers and is placed into the support or mount of the rack. It is matched to drum storage in the META cantilever/MULTIPAL system.
